Reader suggestions, questions about the method, permission to quote us, or anything that is not an error on the page.
Suggesting a game is welcome. Send the title and one sentence on why it deserves a look. We cannot promise a review, but every suggestion is read.
Corrections to the ranking
Wrong figure, wrong price, a game that has left the store, or a placement you think we cannot defend.
Corrections are dated when we make them, and we state what changed rather than quietly restating the figure.
What to include when a store figure has moved
Our figures are read from Google Play listings on the date printed at the top of the ranking, and listings change without notice. If the number on the page no longer matches the store, the fastest way to get it fixed is to tell us three things: the game's title as it appears on our page, the figure you are looking at on the listing, and the date you saw it. A link to the listing helps, and a screenshot helps more. We re-check against the listing ourselves before changing anything, because the listing is the source and our page is a copy of it.
Response times
The desk is small. Everything is read, and most messages get an answer within a few working days; corrections are prioritised over everything else because a wrong figure misleads a reader immediately. If a question needs a game to be re-played before we can answer it honestly, we will say so rather than guess.
What we cannot help with
We do not distribute software, so we cannot supply, unlock, refund or troubleshoot any game. Purchases, refunds and account problems are handled by Google Play and by the game's developer, both of which are contactable from the listing itself. Requests to buy placement in the ranking receive a short reply pointing at how we rate.
